Advances a cursor to the next message in the queue

Child Classes

Advances a cursor to the next message in the queue

Parameters:

cursor - [in] The cursor position locating the message to retrieve.
queue - [in,optional] The queue to readfrom, if not specified, uses the most recently opened message
con - [in,optional] The server to read from, if not specified, uses the most recently opened connection

Returns:

FALSE if an error occured, TRUE if it was successful.
